1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.
3. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make changes.
